Academy U7-U10

Our Academy is a group of players that range from U10's to U7s. They typically train together by skill level. If a player that is younger is exceptional then they will have the opportunity to play up an age for some games inorder to further their development. The focus is not winning. It is about technique and skill development. There are 2 practices a week and a game on the weekend. Starting time period beginning of September. Season end Late April.

Juniors U11-U14

In this age we are continuing to develop skill as well as implementing the tactics of the game. This phase is continued development with making sure we are consistent with our professionalism in the game. In this age we are preparing our players to be able to perform at the Senior level. Practices are 2 days, possibly 3 depending on the level of the team. Starting time period beginning of September. Season end Late April.

Seniors U15-U19

This is the age where we put the technical and the tactical together to try and gain results. In this age it is important that players can maintain their level of commitment that they did at the younger ages before jobs, relationships, etc. We also train our players with life lessons as they are making more decisions off the field that can affect on field play. At this age we look to be attending college showcases and having friendlies with semiprofessional academies and teams.  Practices are 2 days, possibly 3 depending on the level of the team. Starting time period July or August. Season end Late April.
